Always seeking to be at the forefront of technological innovation, a UV paint finishing line has been purchased. This type of paint is friendly to the environment since it does not use solvents for curing the paint. This solidifies with the help of ultraviolet lamps creating a solid layer on the chipboard. This line of 120 linear meters is operated with just one person and has a painting capacity of 1500 doors every 8 hours.
The line is quite agile allowing to paint different decorative designs on the boards or doors either in vertical or horizontal veins or both on the same board in a # 30 Gloss finish or # 90 high Gloss finish.
The line has smart sanders that absorb any irregularities in the door to give an optimal finish.
